(1) The Government of Nepal may give necessary instructions to the organization either directly or through the Liaison Officer and it shall be the duty of the organization to comply with such instructions.
(2) The chief may give necessary instructions to the conservation officer or committee and it shall be the duty of the conservation officer or committee to comply with such instructions.
